Cookies

The R&W Industrieautomation website does not use cookies.

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

Collection and use of personal data in the application process

Your data will only be collected and processed for the purpose of filling positions at R&W Industrieautomation. If you apply for a specific position at R&W Industrieautomation, your data will be automatically forwarded to the responsible personnel officer. You can revoke this consent at any time with future effect by sending an e-mail to the contact named in the application.

If you submit an unsolicited application, your data will be automatically forwarded to the appropriate personnel manager in accordance with your abilities. The purpose limitation in each case is an evaluation of your employment potential by the respective responsible persons.

This data processing then takes place on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a) and b) DSGVO.

Your rights: You have the right to receive information about your personal data stored by us. In addition, you have the right to delete or block inadmissible data or to correct incorrect data. To do this, you can send us an e-mail to the contact named in your application.

Data deletion: As part of your application, it is ensured that after the purpose, for which we received your data, no longer applies, it is automatically deleted from our systems. In principle, routines have been created to ensure that data is deleted after the purpose for which it was collected no longer applies or after the expiry of the underlying retention period.

In the event of a negative decision, your applicant data will always be deleted after 6 months.

If your profile is of general interest to us, we would like to include it in our applicant pool. In this context we will ask you for your consent.

Request for quotation and order processing

We collect, store and use your personal information for requests for quotations and orders only within our company and affiliated companies as well as with the company commissioned to process orders only for the purpose of carrying out and processing order transactions including the associated payment transactions. We do not pass the data on to third parties without your express consent, in particular not for advertising purposes. For order processing, we work together with various companies that are responsible, for example, for payment processing and logistics. We ensure that our partners also comply with data protection regulations.

5. Analysis tools and advertising

Remote service

R&W Industrieautomation, as the provider of remote services via TeamViewer, is the data protection authority responsible for the collection, processing and use of the personal data of the customer and its employees. We therefore ensure that all information is treated confidentially and take the protection of your company and trade secrets as well as your data very seriously. We collect, process and use your personal data only in accordance with the content of this data protection declaration and the applicable data protection laws.

With this data protection declaration, we would like to inform you which personal data we collect, process and use about you in connection with the use of the remote services.

Personal data within the meaning of this declaration are individual details about the personal or factual circumstances of a natural person. This includes all information on the identity of individual persons, such as their name, e-mail address or postal address. Information that cannot be associated with a natural person (e.g. exclusively company-related information), on the other hand, does not count as personal information.

The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. A) and b) DSGVO.

Use of TeamViewer and registration

The use of remote services is only possible if you have installed the TeamViewer software on your computer according to the technical explanations. When using TeamViewer, you can freely choose your access data including the user name that is displayed to us for establishing the connection. It is not necessary to provide personal data in this context.

We do not receive any further information about your computer and the systems installed on it, with the exception of your user name, until the remote connection has been established.

TeamViewer is a software from TeamViewer GmbH, Göppingen, Germany, which we use to provide remote services.

Provision of remote services

When remote services are provided, we see your screen including all the information available on it. In your own interest, therefore, you should quit all programs and close any displays that are not related to the remote services. It is contractually stipulated that you will ensure that we do not come into contact with personal data from your environment when providing the remote services.

Capturing the use of remote services

The use of remote services is recorded at company level, and the name of the contact person is also stored. The data is only entered for billing purposes. The personal data is deleted as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies.

Security

R&W Industrieautomation takes precautions to protect your personal data from loss, destruction, falsification, manipulation and unauthorized access or disclosure.

6. Plugins and tools

Google Web Fonts

This page uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.

For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to Google's servers. This enables Google to know that your IP address has been used to access our website. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online services. Google Maps

This page uses the Google Maps map service via an API. Provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

To use the features of Google Maps, it is necessary to store your IP address. This information is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. R&W Industrieautomation has no influence on this data transmission.
